The Bible says, “oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him-endless energy, boundless strength! All this energy issues from Christ: God raised him from death and set him on a throne in deep heaven, in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. In His Name, we heal the sick, cleanse the lepers and raise the dead. In His Name, you can cast out demons if any deadly thing enters your system, it won’t hurt you. Some don’t even believe, but they pray in His Name anyway.įor those of us who believe in Him, the Bible says in Mark 16:17-18, “And these signs shall follow them that believe In my name shall they cast out devils they shall speak with new tongues They shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” Hallelujah! Imagine all that we can do in His Name. Do you know what this means? Many people pray in the Name of Jesus but for some, it’s just a religious observation or rite. The Bible says, “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus…” (Colossians 3:17). It’s impossible to resist the power of His Name. When the Name of Jesus is called, everyone submits to it in heaven, in the earth, and under the earth.
This is the sovereign decree of Almighty God it’s a law in the spirit-realm. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name (Philippians 2:9).Īt the mention of the Name of Jesus, the Bible says every knee should bow.
